HouseHoot is a brand and product of Fahid Digital Venture, a software studio based in the United Arab Emirates (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of the HouseHoot service.

HouseHoot is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. By creating or joining a room you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use HouseHoot. The optional adult content mode is intended for players aged 18 and over; if you enable it, you confirm everyone playing is an adult.

Play nicely. You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, or abuse other players, including through names, answers or chat;
• submit unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors;
• attempt to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or cheat the service;
• use HouseHoot for any commercial purpose without our permission.

We may end a session or block access if these rules are broken.

You are responsible for the names, answers and other content you submit. It is shown to other players in your room and is not stored after the room ends. Keep it appropriate for the people you are playing with.

Some questions and prompts are generated automatically by AI. They may occasionally be inaccurate, odd, or not to everyone's taste. They are provided for entertainment only and should not be relied upon as factual.

HouseHoot is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rooms and data will always be preserved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fahid Digital Venture and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of the UAE.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
